纵横江湖二十年的黑帮大佬任因久（梁家辉 饰）树敌无数，因此屡遭他人暗算，并得知有人要在24小时内取他性命。任因久即刻以“江湖告急”的名义，传令召开江湖大会，势必找出谁要害他。。大四毕业生唐晓婧一行六人探险旅行，几人登上一座神秘小岛后，同行的富二代张浩天讲起了三年前发生在岛上的一桩命案，这个传说让这群看惯了恐怖电影的年轻人们惴惴不安，而途中偶遇的两名外表凶神恶煞、实质内心萌正善良的农民工兄弟鱼干、可蛋为维修黄老板的小木屋恰好也登上了小岛，不知情的双方人马在岛上再次相遇从而展开了一场啼笑皆非的撕逼大战……。Riley, Maya, Lucas, and Farkle head to High School.
